Hi, we’re the Noriegas – Mark 7& Anna. I’m Anna and I’m from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mark, my husband, is a native Arizonian. He grew up in Tucson. We got married in 2002 and moved to North Phoenix in 2003, where we’ve lived, raised our family, and worked since. We love North Phoenix and would love to help you find a home here or anywhere in the Phoenix area.
When we were younger, before we met, we both had dreams of meeting someone to spend our lives with who wanted to build a business together. We used our entrepreneurial spirit to quickly build a thriving pest control business that still operates today. While working in pest control, we were around a lot of homes with our customers, which sparked our interest in real estate and want to help our customers even more.
As a result, in 2006, I got my real estate license and started using my strong customer service background and negotiation skills to help families buy, sell, and relocate within Arizona.
While I pursued real estate full-time, Mark continued to run the pest control business and learn about real estate until finally, in late 2018 he got his real estate license. He’s used his strong business skills and his background in social work to help our pest control customers with their real estate needs. He’s helped many of them learn about real estate investing as well.
With our combined experience and our strong desire to serve our community, we continue to lead in our profession while providing our clients a way to invest in their futures and build wealth through acquiring Real Estate.
