Mark Panetta

Mark helps buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals. Mark's specialty is “right-sizing” families, whether you are an empty nester with too much house on your hands, a young growing family who needs more space, or a first-time homebuyer who is tired of giving away your wealth to a landlord.

Mark started in real estate in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the profession. That year, the board of REALTORS named him “Rookie of the Year 2016,” and his career was off and running. Since, he has served on the Agent Leadership Council for 2 terms, achieved Circle of Excellence status every year, and most importantly, helped 100’s of people just like you to successfully buy or sell their homes.

Prior to real estate, Mark enjoyed a career in the corporate world as SVP of Marketing Strategy for a marketing firm, a background which has served his home listing clients very well.

Mark is proudly married to his wife, Jill, (for over 40 years!) and they have 2 adult daughters, Jennifer and Deanna. Jennifer lives locally while Deanna resides in the DC area. Mark currently has a perfect little “ranch on a basement” home in a Lake Lanier community called Dawson Pointe and loves boating in his spare time. Finally, Mark absolutely adores his furry family members, Sadie, Maggie and Gracie.
