About Mark

Mark earned his real estate license in 1999 and became a top-producing agent in the Triangle. In 2009, after a successful career as an agent and earning his way on the Triangle Business Journal’s Top Residential Real Estate agents in the Triangle, Mark became the Broker-in-Charge for the Fonville Morisey Stonehenge office. He then became the Broker in Charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Midtown office, where he was recognized as the Manager of the Year, Recruiting Manager of the year and the Office of the year.

Mark recently transitioned back into the sales arena because his true passion is to help people buy and sell real estate. He excels in navigating the buying and selling process with care and diligence, something that only comes with many years of experience.

Mark believes strongly in giving back and is very involved with the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, having served as president of the association in 2016 and among many accolades he has served as the Regional Vice President for their local area. Mark currently serves as a Board of Director for both Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and the Triangle Multiple Listing Service!. Additionally, Mark was on the NC REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, the Government Affairs Committee, the Public Relations Committee, and the REALTOR Foundation of Wake County. Mark was recently recognised as the 2022 Realtor of the Year for RRAR as well as he was inducted to the Realtor Hall of Fame for RRAR in 2023.
