I specialize in investment real estate - land, residential, retail, office. After graduating in 1983 I worked for an investment law firm in San Diego, and then I relocated to Salt Lake City. I started to broker commercial real estate along with residential single family with Gump & Ayers in Salt Lake City, Utah. I purchased a second home in St George in 2006 in the Kayenta Community and in 2009 made the Kayenta home my permanent residence. I work both Northern Utah & Southern Utah markets and have MLS Membership in all of the available MLS's in order to serve client needs.
