Mark Price

Mark Price serves as the Chief Operating Officer for LSI Companies. Price is responsible for overseeing company operations, sales, and business development, in addition to assisting with investor relations and sourcing capital. Price has over ten years of experience in market analysis, research, and acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate assets. Prior to joining LSI Companies, Mark was the Vice President of Real Estate Development of a Private Equity firm where he was involved in the planning and entitling of some of SWFL’s largest and most challenging developments – namely Centerplace and Wildblue in Lee County, and West Port (FKA Murdock Village) in Charlotte County.
