I'm a first time home buyer and I was quite pleased after working with Mark. Being a first time home buyer is quite challenging. While I attempted to do my research to prepare myself, I found that it was no substitution for Mark's wealth of knowledge and experience. I imagine that if I had gone down a different path with my choice of real estate agents, I would most likely have made some new home buyer mistakes such as the types of sales one might get involved in. One thing that's important to me, is being able to communicate with your real estate agent. I can absolutely say that Mark always picks up his phone, and if he doesn't expect to get a call back from him 5 minutes later.
