Mark Rand

An entrepreneur with 39 years of experience, holding numerous leadership positions in both small and large manufacturing and retail companies. Mark has increased value for mid-market companies as a President and Chief Executive Officer and eventually Business Owner. His experience has been primarily focused on the acquisition, turn-around and improvement of troubled companies and almost all of them required the relocation of the business. As a result of these first hand experiences Mark has a keen understanding of the real estate intricacies that are paramount to the success of a business venture.

After receiving his BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University Mark was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army, Field Artillery and held numerous command and leadership positions in the Texas Army National Guard over a 15-year span.
