Mark is a local listing expert with Coldwell Banker High Country Realty. Having collectively sold over 500 properties, his experience has given him the confidence to know I can sell any property. Many of Mark’s clients come to him fearing that he will simply put a sign in the yard and list their home in MLS, hoping his phone will ring. Mark does not do that! Hope is not a marketing plan.
Selling homes for his clients is Mark’s only focus and his full-time job. He has been in real estate full-time locally since 2006 and graduated from the Realtor Institute (GRI) to gain the highest level of education that a realtor can. Mark has also earned his Brokers License. He has been crafting his marketing plan since 2006 ensuring that he is employing the most powerful tools to expose each property to the most buyers in the marketplace.
Mark’s first goal is to drive Buyers to his clients’ properties, allowing him to show them the best value-add features that will garner the highest market value. His second goal is to negotiate strongly on behalf of his clients, as if it were his own money. Mark’s list to sale price ratio is his negotiation benchmark and more importantly, his reputation. He guards it fiercely.
Uniquely, Mark feels strongly about keeping his listing inventory low, focusing on a small portfolio of clients is the only way to provide the service deserved and ultimately meet goals of selling.
