Mark Rodeheaver

With experience in over 750 closed transactions, Mark has had the honor and privilege representing the most discerning buyers and sellers. Mark managed the real estate at Montage Residences Deer Valley for more than 6 years and brings a creative approach to listing and selling real estate. He has been part of the Chairman’s Circle at Berkshire Hathaway the last 11 years.

Raised in a family of real estate and investment professionals, Mark at an early age came to appreciate fine design in a mountain setting. With a diverse background in resort development, since 2010 he has listed and sold over 117 properties with a list price greater than $3MM. Mark attended the University of Tennessee and Cornell and helped curate a portion of the original art found at Montage Deer Valley. Regarded for his discretion and knowledge, Mark is known by his peers as one of the top brokers in Deer Valley and Park City.

You can also find Mark riding his horses, at a soccer match, freestyle ski training, watching college football (Go Vols!) fly fishing, driving his ’84 911 or hitting golf balls. He lives with his hot soccer mom wife and two wild kids on a ranch minutes from Park City.
