Mark Schauder

As a lifetime resident of San Diego and member of their National Association of Realtors chapter, Mark has a passion for using his skills as a certified Relocation Specialist to help clients put down roots in the city he loves. With 35 years of experience as a real estate investor and nearly 20 as a REALTOR®, Mark brings extensive home buying, investment properties, and land acquisition knowledge. Mark also often works with investors in acquiring, renovating, and selling investment properties. His vast real estate experience, professionalism, and keen understanding of clients’ needs have helped Mark obtain measurable results, time and time again. His devotion to his clients and consistent results have earned him professional awards for sales volume and quality client service. As a founding board member of the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Divorce Professionals, Mark collaborates with many specialists to support the divorce process more effectively. He holds a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist Divorce (RCS-D) certification to reinforce this effort. This allows him to bring a superior level of expertise in assisting divorcing homeowners with preserving their credit and future homeownership opportunities while navigating unique aspects of divorce real estate transactions. Before his career in real estate, Mark worked as an architect, city planner, and small business owner, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Now, along with a team of agents who benefit from his experience and guidance – Mark brings service, integrity, and satisfaction to every aspect of his work, from planning the real estate transaction to closing the deal. In addition, Mark is interested in mentoring newer agents and enjoys volunteering in his community. You’ll find him traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters in his spare time.
