Transparent. Driven. Achieves results "Whatever you do, be sure it is something that adds value...to your client, your boss, your company, yourself, and society!" Mark applied for his first home loan at the young age of 20, closed on his first home at age 21, and has been happily landlording since. Mark is one of the few landlords that thinks Pride-of-Ownership should be especially present when operating rentals. Higher valued property demands higher rents, higher returns, and higher expectations. He hasn't taken his eye off the housing market since. Mark spent his first several years of his career working in Human Services while completing Accounting and Business Management courses at the local community college. During his time of serving clients with severe mental health concerns, it quickly resonated that "good" was a form of maintenance, but being Great is what brought about results. With his newly minted Real Estate license, need to serve, high-energy, helping others find their first or last home was a calling that Mark answered AND quickly. Within 3 months the purchase of 3 bank-owned homes. His love for learning and desire for perfection make him a dynamic member of any team. When Mark is not working he is enjoying Oregon's great outdoors or traveling to a new destination. Tenacity or persistence often have been used to describe his personality. Completing 2 marathons, several other runs, surviving a recent skydiving excursion tell you a little more about his downtime.
