As a Georgia native, I have owned homes in Gwinnett, Jackson, Walton, Barrow and Oglethorpe counties. I have built over 50 homes and I take great pride and pleasure in sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm in Real Estate with my clients and friends. From ground breaking to closing, and beyond My goal is to make friends while helping clients with buying, selling or building their home.

“After working for the Federal Government and traveling extensively for 15 years living in the Dallas Area, I retired. I had a beautiful custom home and few friends or relatives near. I decided I needed to go back east to ATL area where I had friends and family within driving range. I went on Zillow and two others national realtor sites to locate a property. They sent me long listings with no maps to locate the properties relative to where I had told them I wanted to relocate. Disappointed and dismayed, I picked a location on Google Maps and inquired of realtors in the area. Mark Shafer’s name popped up and I contacted him.
