Mark Shaw

Mark began his career helping his father set up open house signs and passing out flyers in San Francisco during the 1960’s-70’s. Staying near his home town, Mark completed a graduate program at San Francisco State University in the field of Education, which was near and dear to his heart. Mark taught elementary education for the next 10 years.

“It was here where I learned how to work hard, plan properly and communicate effectively with students, teachers and parents”.

These skills would launch Mark into winning Real Estate’s Rookie of the Year in 1998 and achieving the Top Agent President Elite Award, Chairman and Platinum Club Awards year after year.

When Mark is not glued to his computer screen, walking properties and helping clients, he is exercising, spending time with his family, singing Sinatra, playing violin and trying not to be the worst banjo player in Contra Costa County.
