Mark Simone

Mark was basically born into the real estate business in Baltimore. Growing up, he worked in his family's real estate business. While studying Urban Planning in college, he earned his real estate license in 2003. Over the years, Mark has worked with a variety of Buyers and Sellers, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Mark takes a proactive, knowledge-based approach in helping his clients with their real estate needs.

As a Fells Point resident since 2005, and lifelong Baltimorean, he understands the different neighborhood housing stock throughout the Metro area. He looks forward to helping his clients understand value and helping them throughout the buying and selling process.
