We were out of state buyers from New York and Mark was an integral part of our purchase. Without him we would have been at a major loss. We stumbled across him after meeting several realtors who we didn’t feel were knowledgeable or motivated. Mark was the complete opposite. He was extremely patient, insightful, thoughtful and accessible throughout the whole transaction. Mark was never pushy and put us at ease. If he ever didn’t know an answer to a question he did research and got us an answer in a very timely fashion. We never had to chase him to follow up…he was always a step ahead. Mark even met contractors at the home in our absence, and followed up with the county to make sure all the proper permits were in place. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. When the seller’s agent made a mistake on the personal property inclusions, Mark graciously offered to pay us for the other agent’s mistake. My parents, who moved to Sarasota from out of state a year ago, looked at homes with us with Mark and got to know him, and kept saying things like: “I wish our real estate agent had been half as diligent as Mark.” If you are looking for quality service and a smart, motivated agent, Mark is your man. We give Mark our highest recommendation and will refer him to family and friends without a moment of hesitation.

We lucked out when we got Mark as our realtor. I expressed interest in a particular property using the Zillow interface, thinking that Mark was the listing agent. However, that is not exactly how Zillow works. It was just a coincidence that his name showed up. He contacted me immediately. My wife and I have bought 5 homes together, and Mark is easily the best realtor we have worked with. He knew the area, he knew the price range (actual vs listed value), and he was always, always, always available. He responded immediately to any request, no matter how trivial. Best of all, he was honest. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Mark Singer was the best to work with we closed on our property and five weeks as soon as we let him know what we were looking for he found it within our price range and it was purchased we would recommend Mark to anybody he went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent to make sure we were comfortable about the closing as we were out of state the whole time
