About Mark

Mark Emerson Smith is a graduate of Saint Mary's College of California with a degree in Marketing/Management and he is a former resident of San Francisco. Mark led a successful career in the interior design/furniture industry, and that success took him to the Furniture Capital of the World (High Point, NC) where he was utilized as President of a large, High-End furniture manufacturer.

Always the entrepreneur, Mark started his own Real Estate Investment LLC, and used his marketing experience to locate, purchase and lease rental properties in Winston-Salem. He currently manages four of his own investment properties. Mark became a full time Realtor in 2016. Consistently growing his business, through 2025, Mark was a Buyer's or Seller's Agent in 222 transactions.
