Very effective! Gave great “pre sale” advice and listing price options. Have lots of recommendations for contractors to get pre listing work done. Realistic expectations of sales price and ended up closing within 30 days with a final sale price slightly over what he predicted despite some significant unforeseen inspection issues and lots of comms challenges on our end. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Mark Spear if you're looking for a real estate agent. From the get go, Mark was very receptive to all of our needs. He was patient with us as we made the decision to move to the area (this took some time). Once we made the decision, we had very short windows to look at houses and Mark did an incredible job utilizing our time wisely. After we made an offer, Mark didn't stop there. He recommended contractors, a lender (who worked out fantastically), knows the area very well, and really went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. You won't regret using Mark as your agent.
