Mark Spraetz

Mark brings over 25 years of broad based business experience with telecommunications, data networking and software development organizations, both privately-held and public companies. He has worked successfully as an owner and a proven senior executive experienced in many aspects of operations including business development and complex project management. Before joining Terradatum, Mark was E.V.P. of MLS Operations for Fidelity Title’s MLS division, serving over 400 MLS associations across the country. In that capacity, he was responsible for publishing operations, financial performance, public records and customer service operations for over 300,000 real estate professionals. Previously, Mark owned IMCO, an MLS company he acquired that operated for over 20 years in the Midwest. As the owner of a privately held company, he was responsible for all aspects of operations. He oversaw significant growth in company revenues prior to successfully negotiating the sale of the company. Mark holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Miami University.
