About Mark

Mark Taglieber has held various positions in real estate over the last 25 years. This varied background provides Mark the ability to assist his clients with services beyond the sales and marketing of real estate. In many cases, Mark can utilize his experience in design, development, due diligence, zonings and construction management to enhance his sale and marketing efforts.
Mr. Taglieber began his career in real estate in 1992 working for a Marietta, Georgia based survey / design firm. During that time he supervised subdivision design, commercial site plans and local permitting. Clients included both large and small builders, developers and investors. Mark continued to work in this capacity for a second Marietta based firm until 1997.
In 1997, Mark transitioned from designing subdivisions to developing subdivisions for a volume home builder based in Dallas, Georgia. During this time, Mark supervised land acquisition / analysis, real estate development and sale of developed lots.
After the sale of that company, Mark incorporated Residential Development Services, Inc. This successful company provided consulting and construction management services in the areas of residential land acquisition, development, zoning, land planning, NPDES compliance and commercial site work. During this time Mark also pursued and completed his real estate licensing in Georgia.
Mark sold RDS to a local engineer in 2004 and entered into various development partnerships to take an ownership stake in real estate acquisition and development. These partnerships developed lots and sold to large and small builders across Cobb, Paulding, Carroll and South Fulton counties. Mark’s role in these partnerships included the identification/ evaluation of land, zoning, design, permitting, development and sale of lots.
With the slowing of the development business, Mark returned to real estate sales and consulting work in 2009. Mark incorporated Premier Development Services, Inc. to consult for lenders, investors, builders and developers. Mark also joined KW Commercial Across Atlanta to assist his clients in marketing commercial properties.
Mark has successfully designed several thousand residential lots in counties across Metro Atlanta. He has also developed over 3000 residential lots in the suburbs of Metro Atlanta. The experience of purchasing property, conducting evaluations, requesting zoning, analyzing the market and working with local governments give Mark the ability to not just market the property but work diligently to overcome issues to get the property closed.
