09/14/2015 - user426636 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Rowlett, TX. I called Mark on a random internet search and was inquiring about a rent house. He started my search for rental homes a month or so before I was actually ready to move. During that month my husband and I decided to look into buying our first home instead. The process from the loan end (cleaning up credit and such) took 4 months. The whole time Mark stood by patiently waiting and helping. Many of times he took long phone calls from me with lots of questions, knowing that we were not quite ready to purchase. He always returned emails and phone calls promptly. When it finally came time to buy and we had our approval he was always available to show us homes when we found one we wanted to look at. He was helpful through the first time home buying process. He gave us great advise and guided us through the stressful process like the wonderful professional that he is. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house and we plan on using him again if for any reason we have to move again.

05/25/2015 - user44465643 Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Coppell, TX. Mark was Excellent! We were first time homebuyers with very specific areas we were willing to buy in and a LOT of nervousness about the whole process. Those of you who have gone through you who have been there know what I am talking about. Added to the complexity was the question of how to choose a realtor? Mark was referred by a colleague and we are glad we went with his advice. Mark was very friendly and very helpful. He explained the process to us and was patient with our lack of experience. He worked with us on the areas we were looking to buy in and must have visited atlas 12-15 houses with my wife and I. At no point did we feel pressured or 'sold'. On the contrary, he used his experience to steer us away from some houses we liked but he saw issued with (for ex - carpets in one house were bad and we said we will repair them, he pointed out how it would not be as easy as it looks and the complications in that particular house) He was also very transparent, level and sometimes blunt (in a very good way) to work with. His advice was sound and useful and his attitude was warm, welcoming and friendly. Both of us highly recommend him to anyone and have recommended him to our friends who are looking to buy.
