Mark Tucker has 30 years of business experience focusing on the areas of sales and marketing management. In addition to planning
and implementing business development strategies, Mark’s particular expertise revolves around managing and monitoring client
satisfaction, creating efficient diversity initiatives, and innovating real estate solutions.
Prior to becoming Principal/Partner of the Remax Affiliates real estate franchise & starting Tucker Development Plus LLC., a business
development consulting firm, Mark served as the Executive Director of Concordis Real Estate the largest minority owned commercial
real estate firm in the US. His responsibilities included new business development and national branding. Under his tenure, Concordis
landed engagements with the two of the worlds largest communications companies: AT&T and Verizon.
As the Executive Vice President at A. Pomerantz & Company, a regional full service office solutions company based in Philadelphia,
Mark expanded the existing customer base and developed growth opportunities through new initiatives. His knowledge and
understanding of client’s needs enhanced his ability to design innovative business solutions. Mark’s proficiency in the field resulted in
significant market growth for A. Pomerantz & Company, particularly dealing with industries such as banking, education and the public
sector.
Before joining A. Pomerantz, Mark worked for nearly 15 years with American Hospital Supply Company in Sales and Marketing. In
addition, Mark’s business background was initially nurtured at Ernst & Young where Mark started in Finance and Accounting.
