Residing in both communities, Mark owns homes in both Naples and Lexington. He understands the complexities of living both places. He has helped many snowbirds in the transition of living the best of both worlds. Paradise in Southwest Florida in the winter months and going north during the summer, Fall and holidays to re-connect with family and friends.

Mark has owned in Naples since 2004 and has sold real estate in Lexington and Naples since 2008. He is licensed with Turftown Properties in Lexington and L.H. Fleming and Company in Naples. He is familiar with all the golf communities in the Naples area, he is a member of the Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, Florida and Lexington Country Club in Lexington, Kentucky.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Mark Turner retired from coaching women’s college basketball in 2006 after 24 successful seasons at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. He also served 5 years as the women’s head golf coach. He retired with the most wins in the history of the program with 312 wins. He is a member of the Transylvania Athletic Hall of Fame. Also, during this time, he participated in real estate as an investor buying rental and commercial property in the Lexington area.
