Mark is the absolute best. He knows what he’s doing. . When you’re buying or selling your home you want someone that is knowledgeable about the real estate business and that will work hard for you. That person is Mark Tyler. He is quick and efficient and he really knows the market. Mark is someone that I trust because he makes sure I am aware of everything that’s going on. Great Experience working with Mark! Mark was super responsive, got me into every house I wanted to see ASAP and walked me through each step of the process. OUTSTANDING AGENT. Mark Tyler was an outstanding agent in our recent home purchase. My wife and I purchased property in Michigan although we live out of state. Mark was our eyes and ears in this transaction. Once we explained to Mark what we were looking for, he went into action. He provided us with daily properties listing and as we identified which ones were interested in, he made viewings happen. We called Mark during the week, weekend, and after hours and he always made himself available. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process. If you are looking for a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, professional, response quickly to question about buying or selling a home, Mark Tyler is definitely the one for you. I recently purchased a home and Mark assisted me every step of the way. He consistently showed me homes that I was interested in but I never felt rushed to purchase. Mark was also able to connect me to the most professional and knowledgeable lender in the area. Throughout the process of me searching for my forever home, Mark was honest, informative, and literally worked extremely hard day and night. He made sure that I had the best deal when I purchased my home. I truly believe that Mark is the best in the business! He also doesn't treat you like a customer, he treats you like family.

Nice͏ guy easy to work with
out of 5 or 6 automated inquiry responses Mark Was the only one to follow through. I'm from out of state so Mark was very helpful on not just finding the properties but giving me a sense of what the area was like. I also expressed an interest in buying rental property in the future, so Mark gave me some advice and how to get started along those lines, He will be my go to for any future real-estate needs. He's helpful but not pushy, I'm quite by nature so this was a great benefit to me as I often feel a bit overwhelmed in sales situations.

The service provided by my realtor Mark Tyler has been outstanding. I know I can always count on prompt, accurate response from Mark 24/7. When my lender failed to explain the closing process and costs, Mark did an excellent job answering all my questions and concerns. I was often frustrated with the lack of communication from my lender throughout the purchasing process. Mark persistently advocated on my behalf to ensure everything kept moving along. The loan documents I received from the lender for my signature were incorrect several times. Mark vigilently ensured all corrections were made as quickly as possible to keep our closing on schedule. He always kept me up to speed throughout the entire process, greatly reducing my anxiety and stress. Mark always treated me with kindness, understanding, and respect.
