My experience with Mark Wise as my realtor -- representing us as the buyer was first class. Understanding our needs, stretching us to ensure we knew what was in scope / out of scope -- and then delivering us showings that matched our criteria was excellent.
In this intensely competitive market -- we saw a house online and immediately flew down to Palm Springs to see the house. Mark organized a private showing (meanwhile 26 showings were happening that day). We immediately recognized 'this was the house we wanted' -- and Mark worked with the seller agent to write a competitive and clean offer. He truly worked magic, followed up with the agent shortly after the showing and ensured that what the buyer was looking for in an offer was represented in ours. He was overly professional, set realistic expectations, and also kept us informed through the entire process. So impressed with him -- and would recommend him without question. In the end we ended up as the lucky buyers in a competitive multi-offer transaction. His advice and guidance was priceless. We are so thrilled -- and feel confident we were guided in the right way. My experience with Mark Wise and his associate Ann Tennyson was a true A+. I was coping with the loss of my father and the daunting task of selling his home in Rancho Mirage from across the country. From our initial meeting I knew that Mark was for me! He made this the easiest process and took care of every detail from staging and consigning items and packing and shipping all of the personal items I wanted to keep. Working with Mark and Ann was such a pleasure, and they helped us to get the vacation home of our dreams! They were very responsive, knew the market well and led us to some great properties. When we saw the property that we knew we really wanted to have (we’d been casually looking on Zillow for over a year), Mark went above and beyond to help us land it, including getting us a private viewing. He provided sound advice on the best offer to make in such a heated market that Rancho Mirage is in now. I would also highly recommend them if you are purchasing a house remotely. We don’t live in the area and had to do everything remotely. Again, they went above and beyond, to help with recommending service companies to help with making the house move-in ready and even meeting the service people a few times to let them in the house, because we weren’t there. I highly recommend Mark and Ann if you want to get the house of your dreams, particularly now that the market is so hot! You really need an agent who is skilled and knows the market.

I worked with Mark's group to buy a new home in Rancho Mirage. I worked specifically with Ann and she was great. Actually the first weekend I saw about 15-20 properties and for most of them the both attended, which shows the level of commitment they have as a team. She was very responsive, patient and listened to what I needed. She knew the area well and was able to really narrow the showings down to properties that were within my requirements, so not wasting much time and energy. This was especially important during the times we are in with the pandemic. I was quite specific and not willing to make many compromises. She kept at it and eventually we found the right spot! With a number of hiccups with the seller, she went above and beyond in a personal way to help guide me through a bit of a challenge with the seller at closing. Highly suggest working with Ann and the group
