Mark Wisely

Mark is a graduate of Indiana State University. He currently splits his time between Brokering Commercial Real Estate and managing his communities. Mark owns and operates 10 manufactured housing communities consisting of 494 lots. With his aggressive approach in purchasing, renovating and reselling repossessed homes, he has been able to upgrade the communities and cash flow. Historically he has been able to maintain at least a 93% occupancy rate. Mark’s experience in the Manufactured Housing business has set him apart from other Commercial Broker’s. His service after the sale helps new buyer’s get through the learning curve of managing a community for the first time. Member of Indiana Manufactured Housing Association and a Broker of Manufactured Housing Communities since 2006.
