Mark was and continues to be incredible! We closed March 2025! His consistant professionalism and reliability from start to finish is nothing short of phenomenal. He was always available, always helpful, never pushy. My husband and I really could tell he was in our corner and had our families best interests in mind at all times.
Mark helped us walk through the entire process with professionalism and thorough knowledge. Not only did he answer my texts at all hours, he was willing to help us through a difficult, unique situation and had patience and expertise from the very beginning. I’ll start by saying, I’ve know Mark for almost 30 years. Sometimes mixing business and friendship is hard, but this was not the case in the least.

After starting a new job, I needed to relocate. He helped me seamlessly close on my purchase of my dream home in Tremont. Then with the sale of my home in Fairlawn. Mark managed my stress (admittedly I’m a type A personality) and helped me navigate my first real estate sale.

Mark is very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs and even rare circumstances that arise in real estate. The sale of my home even happened while Mark was on vacation but you wouldn’t know because he never skipped a beat.

Mark and his team were amazing. There is no other word to describe it! They kept me in the loop at every process and were also willing to answer any questions we had. When we wanted to see a house they had it scheduled for the next day (most often the same day!). They will work with your schedule. As first time homebuyers we needed someone to hold our hands through the process and they made it extremely easy to do so. If you want a quality realtor team I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again!

My husband has worked with Mark & his team for many years with multiple sales and purchases! I have noted that they have never faltered in earning trust and giving peace of mind throughout. Mark, Sarah and Ken seem to work all hours to get the job done!

We recommended Mark to our friends from Denver & Nancy showed them house after hours until they found the right one, & they’re happily living there now!

Also our friends in Fairlawn used Mark & he sold their house in a matter of hours, and then found them a lot to build!

Lastly, Mark worked with me on selling a condo. I had more questions than a schoolgirl and every single one of them were met with respectful, detailed answers. (+ He is truly gifted with analogies!) The condo sold quickly & I can say it was a pleasure working with him!

Sarah Marnell was integral to our house buying and selling adventure. She's persistent, creative, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was available for the oddest showings and latest texts, and never took no for an answer. Her peripheral connections helped get inspections, photographs, paperwork, and repairs done way faster than expected.

So the time has come.. you have to find a real estate company. Let me set the scene…whether you’re finally in the market for that dream home or you want to sell that burden of a home and hope to make a penny on it. Or let’s just say you’re ready to move to a foreign city and know nothing about the area. Who the heck can you trust. Guys, I’ve been there. For almost 20 years I’ve bought and sold houses and let me tell you… I wish I knew these guys when I first started off! Before Mark Young and his team I just opened the local paper and went into it blindly. It was obvious that I knew NOTHING about real estate and all the paperwork with the fancy words. I was the perfect target for that “real estate company I found off of an ad”. I was always completely lost and felt taken advantage of. So don’t be me and do what I did! It’s OK if you don’t know a thing about real estate because the Mark Young guys do. They’re reliable, trustworthy and helpful. What more could you ask for. Working with a real estate agent doesn’t have to be like dealing with a used car salesmen. So just call them up and you’ll see for yourself how buying or selling a home SHOULD be.

As a first time homebuyer I was hesitant and unsure of how to go through the homebuying process because of the horror stories I have heard from others...When I first reached out to Mark about my interest in purchasing a home he was super knowledgeable, listened to my requirements, walked me through what to expect and gave me recommendations on where to start right off the bat. Within 4 days I had put in an accepted offer! With this came a deluge of complications, information, inspections, etc. but Mark was right there to walk me through it each time something came up.

Mark did not treat me as just another client, but as a younger brother whom he was giving advice to and teaching. I can't count the number of questions, texts, and calls that I made to Mark throughout the process (sometimes at odd times of the evening), but Mark was right there with me through it all. Mark was extremely responsive and fought for the things that I requested, and gave me "a contact" for every inspection, work estimate, etc. which was amazing because I had no idea who to reach out to for 10+ things. The combination of Mark's vast experience and soft skills truly shined during the negotiations and eased my mind when surprises came up.

Whether you are a first time homebuyer or not you will not regret working with Mark and his team when making a real estate transaction. They made the home buying process "easy" (as easy as it can be) and I will recommend him to others because of my positive experience.
