Mark Zevanoe has been licensed in California for approximately 30 years, sixteen of those years with the investment company of Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Investment Associate. As a result, Mark has closed transactions involving Limited Partnerships, tenants, in common, LLC’s, trusts and sole proprietorships. In addition, Mark has handled exchanges, reverse exchanges, land leases, straight sales, and short sales.


Through out his years in real estate, Mark has put the needs of his clients first. This attribute has played a large role in Marks consistent success as a multi-million dollar producer year after year in Silicon Valley and the Greater Bay Area.
