Mark helped us find a good home that fit our priorities and was a good investment all during a seller's market. We actually ended up buying from out of state before we could even see the house in person and Mark made the process so smooth. He always welcomed more questions and is a wealth of information as well as contacts to get small and large estimates if you want to plan for updates or repairs after the purchase. Working with Mark was a great introduction to the town of West Hartford as well since he has been in the community for so long.

Mark was an amazing realtor, helping my girlfriend and me find our first home even though we were out of state. Mark Zweifler was extremely helpful in managing the sale of my home. He was very careful about appropriate pricing, warning that some realtors suggest a very high price to encourage clients to sign up while others give a low price estimate to facilitate a fast sale. Mark studied “comparables” and I ended up getting a very good price for my home in a relatively short period of time. He was also very astute in working with the buyer’s attorney over a few complicated issues. His legal background as an attorney undoubtedly helped. Another plus were suggestions about how to make some alterations of concern to the buyer. As a builder himself, he was able to project both designs and expenses. Clients would definitely benefit by using Mark Zweifler in selling their home. I would highly recommend him!

Even though Mark represented the sellers when we were buying our lot last winter, he was very responsive and available for any questions we had. He even met us at the lot with his electric clipper saw and blazed a trail so we could walk the boundaries of the property without getting stuck in the thorn bushes! Mark always returned emails and phone calls but was not at all pushy.
