Where should I start. If you are looking for a realtor who actually cares about what you want this is the realtor for you. Marketta is amazing and she is extremely detailed. She was fully transparent with me during the whole process and had no problems explaining everything to me not only once or twice but three times. She will make sure you understand the whole process from beginning to end. She will advocate for you and help you stay on track. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Wait! Did I mention she is also a veteran? If you are a military family relocating to the area I promise you that she is the REALTOR for you. Even if you are not in the military SHE IS THE REALTOR FOR YOU. I knew nothing about buying a house and this was process with Marketta was not stressful at all. If you are ready to buy Call Marketta, if you are on the fence Call Marketta. You cannot go wrong. She also have great relationships with lenders and builders. She is also very responsive.

Marketta is an absolutely phenomenal relator and I am so happy we went with her for our home buying process. We were first time home buyers, so she made sure that we had everything we needed to make the best decision possible, answered every question (even the stupid ones) with as much information as she could. She was such a help helping us figure out what we were searching for and so patient with us as we figured it out. She bent over backwards to work with our schedule as we're night shifters to make sure we could see the houses we wanted to see. She went above and beyond the whole process, and even helped my now fiance coordinate his proposal to me in our new house! I absolutely love her and will be working with her if we ever sell!!

It simply isn’t possible to recommend Marketta high or well enough. She represented me as a Buyer’s agent recently at a time when (1) the market was super-hot, (2) properties were literally “gone” before they even hit the market, (3) Seller’s and their agents were not only asking for full asking price and no concessions – but, they wanted buyers to come out of pocket WAAAAY above appraisal value, and (4) other Buyer’s agents I’d worked with recently seemed to me, as though they were more concerned about what the Seller was asking for and could potentially get. That in and of itself made me feel they were more interested in working for the seller than me!

Then I met Marketta. Not only did she actually negotiate on my behalf….she made me feel important. I joked around a bit with her to share that it felt like my money was hers. And if you learn anything about Marketta, you’ll learn she doesn’t like overspending (even if it’s someone else’ money). She was always prompt, super professional, easy to work with (even did so while she and her family were on vacation), honest, passionate about ensuring her Buyer’s feel respected and like they have an advocate on their side. She got me in my new home for less than asking, and honestly for less than I initially considered offering. Additionally, she got me a fully loaded kitchen with all the appliances, the washing machine and dryer, an additional freezer, deck furniture and a full year’s prepaid termite bond. What’s more? She listens. She pays attention. She cares.

Further, when settlement day arrived, she gifted me the most beautiful goody basket and had the most adorable cookies made for me I’ve ever seen. She’d commissioned a local bakery to fashion cookies representative of everything she knew about me. There were cookies with my name and my image and little details she knew were important to me. My favorite cookie: the one that literally looks like a painting of my new home. The detail is amazing! I’ll never eat those cookies.

There is no agent I would recommend more highly. She’s phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was on top of everything throughout the listing snd sale of my house and kept me informed at every turn.
