My wife and I met Marla at an open house in Highland Park when we casually began looking at homes. We were immediately impressed with her demeanor - knowledgeable and friendly - and after meeting a few other realtors that day it was a no-brainer that we wanted Marla Marcus to represent us. She is trustworthy, loves her work, and sincerely finds gratification in matching people with the right home.

Once we found the home on which we wanted to make an offer, Marla stepped in like a pro and handled all the negotiating on our behalf. We got the home for precisely the amount we were looking to pay, and from there it was smooth sailing to the closing date thanks to her experience and network. She connected us with a lender, inspector, and lawyer who made our first home-buying experience a pleasant one. She kept us on track and on task throughout the entire process, and now we are residing in what may well be our forever home.

In the end, we not only found someone who we are happy to recommend as an agent, but someone we can call a friend. Make no mistake, when it comes to looking for and buying a home, you will be in good hands with Marla.

We found Marla way back in 2011 when we were looking for a new rental and when time came to purchase a house she was the only person we considered to help us on our journey. My wife and I worked with Marla to find a single family home in the North Suburbs of Chicago. Marla was knowledgeable about the area, and offered some insights that my wife and I had not considered.
