Marla Sewall

Marla's expertise in the Dallas metroplex and vast involvement within the community has been the foundation of her real estate success. Her real estate career has taken off and shows no signs of slowing down. For over 20 years Marla has been focused on helping her clients make wise and educated investment decisions, starting her career in investment advisory services and transitioning to real estate in 2016.

Having lived in the Dallas area since childhood, Marla understands the Dallas residential real estate market well, enabling her to represent clients in various locations throughout the Metroplex. For the past 18 years, she and her family have lived in the Park Cities, where she and her husband Cary raised their four boys. With a strong passion for houses and decorating, Marla found applying her skills and knowledge to the Dallas real estate market to be a natural fit. With her even temperament and positive outlook, Marla represents each transaction with the same level of commitment, dedication, and determination that she applies to all areas of her life. Her accessibility, constant communication, and determination to go above and beyond in achieving her client's goals are what sets her apart.

Marla has been actively involved in the Highland Park School District in various roles over the past 14 years. She was a school board candidate in 2016 and currently serves as a member of the Parent Sounding Board for Diversity and Inclusivity and the Park Cities Hope Board for student mental health. She has also served on the Young Men's Service League with each of her boys and in two organizations that became near and dear to her after suffering Sudden Cardiac Arrest in 2011 - the American Heart Association and LIving for Zachary. Marla graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. She also attended the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Chicago. In her free time, Marla is an avid runner and competitive tennis player. She also enjoys reading, and spending time with friends and family and is crazy about her two dogs: Gracie and Ellie!
