Hi, I'm Marlee!
I was born and raised right here in the Tri-Cities and am proud to call this community home. I graduated from Richland High School (go Bombers!), where I was a cheerleader and learned the value of determination, teamwork, and energy - things I bring into every real estate transaction today.
Before jumping into real estate, I spent two years working at Dutch Bros, where I built relationships, developed a passion for serving others, and, of course, fueled my love for coffee!
My passion for real estate started early — I grew up watching my dad work in construction and had the unique experience of seeing some of my childhood homes built from the ground up. That's when I fell in love with homes, spaces, and the idea of helping people find the perfect place to make memories.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me cheering on a hockey game, going to live concerts, or sipping an iced coffee while exploring new neighborhoods.
