Licensed since 2002, Marleigh's reputation as a passionate, service-oriented realtor precedes her into the room. She is an enthusiastic, loud laugher who loves to have fun with her clients all the while, fiercely advocating for them, and making sure they are educated on all aspects of the process. Using her own first-time buyer experience as a guiding memory as she serves her clients, Marleigh is brutally honest, (she won't fluff your skirts, telling you what she thinks you want to hear) and she always makes sure to put your needs, her clients needs first because it's your money and your real estate wealth building goals she is helping you navigate. Marleigh creates strategies that will take you from stress to selling.

Marleigh currently holds four professional designations with the most important one, in her opinion, being a certified negotiator. She feels negotiation is one of the most important skill sets she has nurtured in her 35 yr career. This skill set, amongst others, guarantees her clients end up in winning situations without compromising their rights as a buyer or sellers. Marleigh understands and embraces the client relationship as the single most vital component of her business. She specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first-timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property or STR, or providing help in the luxury market, she knows and has experienced it all.

Having entered the 4th stage of her career, Marleigh is currently working towards a Success coaching certification with plans of coaching others and sharing her skills and expertise. She is growing her organization by hand-picking "like-minded" professionals who understand working with humans takes heart, authenticity, and humor.

Having lived in Phoenix AZ and its surrounding metro cities for over 40 yrs, there isn't a part of the city she doesn't know like the back of her hand. She is a mom to four humans, three grown kids, and one late-in-life little lovey. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, loves to hike and cycle around the city, and is always on board for hanging out on patios or heading out for a beach vacation.
