Marlene was honest and did everything she said she was going to do and more. She was able to sell our house in one day due to her great marketing and pricing advice. She made sure we did not move forward with anything that did not feel 100 percent right. She was always available and made sure she answered all our questions in advance of moving forward. She worked well with the buying agent and was able to negotiate all of our terms needed. She was able to offer great referrals where needed for inspections etc. and made sure she was present at all of the meetings. The process was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend working with Marlene.

We want to thank Marlene Bauer for being an amazing , to have our dream come true by helping and finding us the best condo unit for us.. We were together and being with her us a realtor,she did not leave us up to the end . She is the best realtor ever.
