Marlene Clevenger

A native of western North Carolina, Marlene Clevenger has deep-rooted ties to the Asheville community and has witnessed firsthand the area's boom in growth over the last three decades. Having previously managed a high-end jewelry store in downtown Asheville, Marlene brings to her luxury real estate clients the same caring nature and attention to detail that she was known for offering to her retail customers.

As the manager of Jewels That Dance, Marlene developed special relationships with customers over the years that resulted in repeat buyers who sought her out to help them mark life's milestone moments with unique pieces of jewelry. Like an heirloom watch or necklace, Marlene feels that a home also signifies love and family. With her hands-on approach to each real estate transaction, she delivers exceptional top-of-the-line service to every client, firmly believing that luxury is an experience - not a price point.

Marlene is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and is a Certified Negotiation Expert. She and her husband, David, have called Hendersonville home for the past 12 years, where she loves cooking and exploring the community with her beloved beagle, Cooper. Marlene is also an avid runner and cyclist who has completed many marathons and Half Ironman Triathlons.
