Marlene Diaz, is a commercial real-estate leader with many years of experience in operations,
acquisitions, dispositions, and project management. For the past twenty-three years, Marlene served
as the S. Florida Vice President of Asset Services, for Cushman & Wakefield / T&M legacy, a position
she held since 1997. She oversaw the property management operations for the company's South
Florida Division. Her portfolio consisted of over 10 million square feet throughout S. Florida tricounty region. Throughout her thirty-six-year career, she’s gained much knowledge and experience
in the commercial, industrial, and residential property management sectors. She’s worked with both
private and institutional ownership groups, such as UBS, IP Capital, AEW, Prudential, and MetLife
just to name a few. She has been an active member of BOMA Miami-Dade since 1994, serving on its
board from 1996 – 2009, as a member of the executive committee for six years, and as President from
2007 - 2009. Prior to joining C&W, Marlene was a Senior Property Manager for the Prudential RealEstate Group.
Marlene graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Accounting. She obtained her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA in 1995
and she is a licensed real-estate sales associate in the state of Florida.
