Marlene Gonzalez is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 40 years of sales and leadership experience across South Florida and Latin America. As Executive Director and Growth Strategist of TruRes Real Estate, she plays a key role in driving the company’s expansion, agent development, and strategic growth across Florida.

Known for her expertise in recruitment, leadership development, and scalable growth strategies, Marlene has recruited, trained, and mentored more than 1,000 real estate professionals throughout her career while helping guide millions of dollars in closed sales. Her leadership has helped agents build sustainable businesses while fostering collaborative and high-performing brokerage environments.

Prior to TruRes Real Estate, Marlene held leadership roles with The Keyes Company, Realty World, and Canvas Real Estate, where she developed systems and training initiatives designed to support agent productivity, professional development, and long-term success. She is widely recognized for her bilingual training programs and commitment to empowering agents through education, mentorship, and strategic guidance.
