That quote by Sydney Smith was a favorite of mine long before I entered the real estate industry. It simply expressed the way I wanted to feel about my own home. We also feature our homes through additional advertising on a large variety of websites (electronic searches have become the preferred method for home buyers to search). In this industry, education is important both for myself and for buyers. I've been involved in Home Buyer Work shops for 7 years to help first time buyers. I have an information packet that I provide to help folks understand the process of purchasing a home. Every year, I try to show appreciation to my clients and customers. I hold a luncheon/movie for them. From time to time, I also send out items of interest on a wide range of subject that gives information on a wide variety of subject. Real estate is a fascinating business. My fellow Realtors area a pleasure to know and work with. And everyone of my clients and customers are just the best.
