That quote by Sydney Smith was a favorite of mine long before I entered the real estate industry. It simply expressed the way I wanted to feel about my own home. In this industry, education is important both for myself and for buyers. I've been involved in Home Buyer Work shops for 7 years to help first time buyers. I have an information packet that I provide to help folks understand the process of purchasing a home. Every year, I try to show appreciation to my clients and customers. I hold a luncheon/movie for them. From time to time, I also send out items of interest on a wide range of subject that gives information on a wide variety of subject.
