We could not have luckier to have Marlene on our side!!! We recently relocated from New York to Georgia, and we knew very little about the areas where we were looking at houses. Not only did Marlene take the time to find us incredible listings throughout the northwest suburbs of Atlanta, but she cared enough to tell us all about the neighborhoods, school districts, and local shops/eateries. She was extremely knowledgable and worked hard to find us our dream home...which we ultimately found! Oh, and Marlene has the best personality! We now consider Marlene a friend, and we would be happy to work with her again in the future. Thank you Marlene!!!

Marlene Bond was my savior during the whole 10 month journey of buying my new construction home. There were some bumps along the road but her professional attitude made this process possible. She was my voice of reason and my calm when I was on the edge of losing it. Her knowledge and guidance made this process easier for me. She knew how much this new house meant to me and my family and fought for me. If you need a realtor who will look out for the best interest in you, SHE IS IT!!!

Marlene was the definition of a good realtor. I’d never sold a home before and I work a lot. Marlene was able to help me navigate the process and make it easy for me to get things signed, sealed, and delivered in a friendly and efficient manner. Her knowledge of what to look for in a buyer, what type of loans might be more beneficial, how to get to the closing table, really helped me make a decision that I’m very happy with! Marlene is so professional and really goes the extra mile for her clients. She is on top of new listings especially in this crazy climate and will do whatever it takes to find her clients a home. If you’re at work and can’t see a home? She’ll go by and video it. You have a question you thought of in the middle of the night? She’s up and answers it. She is always there to help, answer questions, and for first time home buyers like us, she was very transparent and helped us the entire time! She is responsive and patient. She makes you feel like you are her only client so much in fact my husband was SHOCKED she had time to work as hard for her many other clients as she did for us. We cannot say enough how fortunate we are for her help with everything. Marlene is an incredible realtor and we were lucky enough to have her on our team.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and Marlene made our entire experience enjoyable. Of course there are always stresses when it comes to buying a home but Marlene always helped us through those difficult times. We could tell she wasn't just working for her next sale, she was genuinely excited to help put us in a great house. Also, she is incredibly responsive. She won't call you back a few days later, she will either answer your call or get back to you as soon as she can. Now, my wife and I have an amazing home and it's largely thanks to Marlene!

Marlene was a wonderful realtor! She helped us buy our first house. We didn’t know very much about the process, and Marlene was so helpful. She answered all of our questions and was always very quick to respond. She was communicative throughout the process. She really cared about us and our experience. You know that feeling when a family member "hooks you up" with something; from employee discounts, to hints about career or job openings? Have you ever had that feeling from a Real Estate Agent? You will.

We met Marlene through a mutual friend. We hit it off like we were old family friends. Marlene ALWAYS LISTENS FIRST! We always felt seen and heard. She allowed us the lateral limits to explore, but always gently guided us in the right direction. She always told us "Don't box yourself in" and "Don't forget, there is a lot you don't know that you don't know." She was so right. We realized that we were thinking small, and now we live in an absolutely amazing home. Not only that, we walked away making money BUYING A HOME!

Marlene is the Agent who will figuratively (and maybe literally) bend over backwards for you. There are Exceptional Agents; there are Agents who go Above and Beyond... and then there is Marlene Bond. Moving is stressful and sometimes down right hard, and let me tell you... Marlene not only went the extra mile, then the extra mile after that, I often feel she ran a second marathon to make sure we were Safe, Happy, and Comfortable. My husband and I relocated to Georgia and fortunately, my daughter recommended our contacting Marlene Bond to help us in this endeavor. Boy, are we happy we did. Marlene not only knows her business, she knows what locations offer. She met with us and listened and knew exactly what we were looking for. She had us looking at homes quickly. We are retired and wanted to live in an area where driving was not a necessity to live an independent life and Marlene nailed! Now, this alone, makes Marlene stand out, but what makes Marlene the best, is her compassion, caring, determination, patience, positivity and she was always there for us! An example of this would be when I texted her at 3AM and she immediately responded, now that kind of sums up her being there always! My husband and I cannot say enough about having Marlene there with us, she is the best!

I am just not sure where to begin with Marlene, so I will simply tell you our story. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions. We thought we had narrowed down our area and we had done a lot of research on our own. We were feeling overwhelmed, confused and at a loss. Then along came Marlene.
