I would like to take this opportunity to thank Marlene for all her hard work and dedication in helping us find the perfect property. Her character, integrity and tenacity is unsurpassed. We were probably not the easiet clients she ever had to deal with, but at no point in time did she ever fail to give us 150%. We had to build a very large steel garage on the premises, so when it came time to find out whether the property had any deed restrictions, she already had the information we needed to make a logical decision. She helped us every step of the way and took what I expected to be a stressful situation into an effortless one. I can't say enough about how Marlene made us feel like family. For weeks I had been looking for office space in a very specific area, within a very specific budget. I browsed several websites, and reached out to two other realtors. I was told that I'd need to increase my budget, or choose another area. Family members had used Marlene successfully in their search, and I decided to ask for her help. To my complete surprise, Marlene not only found the right space in the right location at the right price, she was able to do it within 48hrs! I was amazed at her energy level, persistence, and attention to detail. I have worked with a dozen realtors in the last 15 yrs, and I can honestly say that Marlene will be my first call next time I'm in need of an agent.

Marlene was very helpful in finding the type of home I was looking for. She helped in the week before Hurricane Irma and the time after the storm passed going to many locations. With early bank closing and title co. closings she worked very hard making sure I was able to get paper work done so I could get a deposit in for my house. My father finally decided to move to Ocala to be closer to me and I can't tell you how thrilled I am that he did! A friend of mine recommended Marlene to me and so I called. My father and I met with her and she asked questions on basically what his needs were. My father is in his 70's and she wanted to make sure she found a place that was well-suited for him. She made a few really good points such as, his home should be in a community close to shopping with bus service; and a hospital in close proximity because of some of his medical issues. She thought of things I would have never thought to ask. Needless to say, my father loves his new place and I love having him so close to me! Earlier this year, my sister and I needed to find a place for our stepfather, so we hired Marlene to help on our quest to downsize him. We hit some bumps and changed directions a few times, but Marlene kept on top of everything and we finally got him a new home. Her determination and dedication are unmatchable. Unlike so many realtors we dealt with, Marlene always answers he phone and responds to emails/texts asap. She goes the extra mile for her clients and clearly takes pride in her job. To me, buying a home is a very time consuming and frustrating process, but Marlene changed that.
