Marlix Turner

Marlix Turner was born and raised in Honduras. She graduated from University of Hawaii, with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Because her early experience was rooted in sales and customer service Marlix has developed passion for real estate.
As part of a military family she transitioned to such cities as San Francisco, Baltimore, Columbus, Tampa, Chicago. While living in Chicago Marlix developed an affinity for the variety of architecture that the city presented throughout its neighborhoods. Due to her own experiences she understands the complexity of selling and moving.
Marlix settled in Fort Lauderdale in 2010. She truly enjoys meeting new people and clients, understanding their needs and successfully marketing their property. Her career and personal experiences reflect her attention to detail and a unique ability to make her clients feel comfortable and confident.
