We met Marlo 8 years ago when we began attending the same church and I got to know her when we would volunteer. She has a heart to serve in various ways and has always been willing to share her knowledge about real estate. A year ago, when my husband and I began considering moving to the country while downsizing our house size and tax liability in preparation for retirement, Marlo was very helpful to share her knowledge. She then found us our perfect dream home and walked us through the process, always helpful, always thorough, and she quickly answered or found answers to any of our questions. Selling our then current home had a few set backs, but Marlo always stayed professional, patient and steady, counseling through our options and considerations with her wealth of experience and understanding of the market and trends. We really feel she helped us achieve our best possible outcome we could in both buying and selling our homes.
