Marlon’s passion for commercial real estate started with his love for construction. A 22-year veteran of the construction industry, he has become well-versed in projects such as retail, multi-family, hotels and industrial. Early on in his career, he learned the importance of client negotiations and contracts, which attracted him to the world of real estate. He decided to take his knowledge and expertise to help clients make smarter real estate decisions, and help them through both the real estate process and the construction/development process. His knowledge in construction has led him to become an asset in commercial real estate and an excellent source for those looking for commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, multi-family and senior housing properties.
Marlon relocated to Savannah after being recruited to manage a project for the Chatham Area Transit and currently lives in Pooler. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteer and charitable programs. In his spare time, Marlon enjoys spending time with his fiance and two boys.
