Marlon comes from a real estate family with many years of residential and commercial experience, Marlon works with clients in all aspects of real estate from condos, co-ops and new developments to investment sales and commercial properties.

Marlon’s background is in a multigenerational family office which are Investors, builders and developers. He created a platform with which they diversify their portfolio in Prime Manhattan retail, office, mixed-use, and luxury residential investment and development. The partners have owned, developed and managed real estate across various asset classes and are consistently “boots to the ground" in their process of acquiring luxury properties . He cultivated an international investor base, which is strong - spanning the globe and growing by the day.

Marlon has served on numerous charity boards such as the United Cerebral Palsy Wheels for Humanity and the Cerebral Palsy Foundation. Marlon’s philanthropic nature is a testament to the high moral and ethical standards to which he holds himself.
