I would give Marlyne 10 stars! The sale of our home was during a very stressful time for our family AND in the dead of winter, but Marlyne's expertise helped me navigate through difficult decisions and the outcome was far above what I expected (and not because of market conditions but becauseof Marlyne negotiating our sale). Marlyne provided the utmost professional real-estate services, and also personally went out of her way to help me and my family with tasks to get our home ready for sale and then she also went out of her way with numerous tasks and activities to help us be ready just before our closing. I can't thank her enough, because her help was never-ending.

For the second time, Marlyne has sold a property for me, this time while I was mostly out-of-state. She went above and beyond to assist with my unique circumstances and there's no agent I'd rather work with than her. Not only does she have superb knowledge of the market, region, financing and home evaluation, she also really cares. Marlyne cares. I gave her 5 stars because I couldn't give her 11.
