Marques @ EPG was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. He was innately knowledgeable about the DE market and managed the entire process with ease as well as being licensed in NJ&PA. He was always early for appointments and always followed up as promised. Marques is the man. I've bought four homes and Marques has definitely been the best realtor I've worked with. He's responsive and pays attention to the smallest detail during the process. Although this is a sellers market and agents probably won't miss a buyer leaving them, Marques makes you feel comfortable and lets you know he appreciates you choosing him. He visited stream properties for us before we moved during the pandemic that's how appreciative he was towards us. You have a lot of options but to not choose Marcus will be doing an injustice to yourself.

Like most first time home buyers I researched and spoke to friends and family about the home buying process. I was instantly bombarded with calls and emails from perspective realtors which left me with more questions. Upon meeting Marques, discussing with him what I’d Like and the timeframe in which I needed it to happen, he helped to eliminate the frustration. We looked at properties everywhere! I set my sights on a particular house and was deflated after experiencing an issue with financing. Marques helped to find someone who was knowledgeable and helpful in that area as well. The home buying process is tedious and can be overwhelming with all the moving parts involved. However, having a realtor who is familiar with more than showing a house and scheduling appointments is the difference between service provided and the gold standard. Marques was present for the inspection, followed up about the appraisal and maintained contact and communication with not only me but the seller’s agent as well. My family and I will always be thankful for his hard work and dedication to proving a service through realty that is unmatched.

I met Marques at one of his clients housewarming. Marques introduced himself as a realtor and immediately I told him I would “never buy a home”. Marques laughed and listened to all my points about choosing to rent vs buying. Marques addressed all of my concerns and even educated me on somethings about homeownership this was July 3rd, 2019. My fiancé and I closed on our first home Aug 19th, 2019 a little more than 30 days after that conversation. I told him my lease was up in 2 months and I had no money saved. He found us a beautiful home in our desired neighborhood, got us seller assist, and under asking within a month. Our mortgage is less than our rent and we love our home. I can’t say how this man has changed our lives and how amazing he is at what he does. I went from just never wanting to buy a home to owning a home in just 35 days. It’s not a scary process if you have the right person on your side and Marques is that person.

Marques Brooks is an agent that you would be thanking yourself you choose. I moved from Nyc to south Jersey and he made the process much easier. He made appointments for homes overnight and when I couldn't make it to see homes he went over and above and took videos and descriptions about the home.
