This review is long over due, but Marquis is the BEST! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home together over a year ago now. I sent him the listing for our current home after it was relisted and we had the first showing the next morning. Within an hour of seeing the home, we were able to put an offer in. The DC market is really competitive and he was on it. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Marquis helped me buy a house and sell a house. He's honest, professional, and tries to close quick. He went into my vacant house the day after I moved out and got it completely revamped within a week. New think carpet, paint, plumber, electrician, everything. I'm a busy CEO and didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to this and had real anxiety about how I could possibly get it all done, but with him I didn't have to worry at all. Marquis did an excellent job in guiding us through the home selling and buying process. One thing that immediately stood out is he had our best interest at heart at all times. He is very knowledgeable and does everything in his power to make sure that the client is satisfied at the end of the day. Most importantly he was very responsive. Can’t thank Marquis McCrimmon enough for helping us purchase our new home! Marquis found our rental two years ago and now has helped us move right in to a beautiful and affordable home. Mr. McCrimmon is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with! He was a word of mouth referral from 2013; upon introduction, Marquis was cordial, welcoming and focused on my specific situation. The level of comfort my husband and I felt with him was almost immediate. At the time, we were in a time sensitive search for a tenant to occupy a rental property. Marquis acknowledged our position and worked quickly to find a suitable tenant. Due to his diligent approach, within two weeks, we had a tenant. I couldn't thank Marquis enough.
