Marsades was very patient with us. She made herself flexible at all times. We seen multiple homes but many were taken before we could get an offer in. Marsades assured us that it takes time and it will happen. Once we got our offer accepted, she was right with us along the process (which was so smooth and not stressful at all). Ms. Marsades Boggs was amazing from start to finish. Marsades is always respectful and professional at all times. Even through the tough times when I broke down, (oh you will break down). Marsades returned all my calls reminded me of the deadlines she stayed on top of everything. Anything I needed or didn’t understand Marsades was patient to explain everything I needed to know.
