Marsella is originally from South America and moved from Orlando to Lake County in 1998 with her husband who is an Urbanist City Planner.Over the years, Marsella has helped countless clients to buy and sell their homes, and still maintains relationship with many of them.Her love for real estate also steams from the very personal connection she makes with each client.Her clients range from local to international. She prides herself on helping her clients have a stress- free experience . Her patience and knowledge in helping clients make the right decisions has translated into a stellar reputation within the industry.
Marsella became a Real Estate Professional in 2003. Serving and Selling Real Estate in The Villages Community since 2004 as Agent with POV . Her ample knowledge and experience of the real estate market in the area makes her a total expertise on types of homes, models, different "Villages", CDD ,Bonds, etc.
Marsella is now part of the MLS services,believing that she could better serve her clients utilizing the multiple resources with REALTY EXECUTIVES in The Villages and the most advanced,effective technology package available and access to several websites . She maintains her education constantly through State-mandated continued education courses and real estate seminars.
Marsella is passionate about her family. She volunteers for youth mentoring and loves to help at Vacation Bible School at her Church.
