Samuel and Marsella sold our home in March 2020 during the pandemic, making the process incredibly easy and took additional steps many realtors don't, but should, like taking pictures and giving professional staging tips. There hard work, time lead to our home being sold.

Marsella kept us informed and was always punctual in all showings and transactions. Even when showing us houses we asked to see that obviously turned out not to be the correct fit for us, She still showed us them. And after seeing these incorrect houses and asking Marsella why she didn't tell us before looking at it that this was not the house for us. She stated it was up to us to make that decision by actually viewing the house in person. Looking at a Picture of a house online and seeing it in person gives you a totally new perception on finding the right house online and in person. It took a while and many showings but this advice helped us find the perfect house. Thank you Marsella for your time, patience and professional manner.
